Hunting and Gathering Scavenger Hunt for Kids

Hunt/Gather Scavenger Hunt

Find things having to do with hunting and gathering in your house

Some suggestions:

guns, bows and arrows, hunting gear of any kind
fishing rods
jam from berries you picked
wildflowers in a vase
driftwood or shells or stones you found on the beach
feathers you found around the neighborhood
pine cones you made decorations from
wood you chopped

For city kids, you might discuss things they have
found and brought home, like furniture other people
threw out, or toys, or acorns, sticks, feathers.

I'd be happy to hear your suggestions too! Please write and tell me about your scavenger hunt.
